• $Upon enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing access information for your purchased course or training program.
• $If, within 30 days of the purchase date, you determine that the course or training program does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected]
• $In your refund request, include the following parameters:
  • --name="Your full name"
  • --order-id="Transaction ID"
  • --reason="Specific reason for refund"
• $Our support team will process your request and respond within 2 business days.

• $Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• $The request must be sent via email to [email protected]
• $Refunds will be issued for the exact amount paid for the course or training program.
• $No refunds will be processed after live training sessions have begun, except in exceptional circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• $As all our courses and materials are delivered digitally, no physical returns are required.

Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

While not directly related to refunds, we understand that schedule conflicts may arise. You may reschedule a live training session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being counted as delivered.
